  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website arualcare.com and all products offered by PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC (EIN 32-0343858), operating under the brand name PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. When these terms bind you

You are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy from the point you use this website, submit an order, or consent to receive messages from us. Should you disagree with them, do not do any of those three things.

2. Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Supplement status and limits

Floor Range is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

4. Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS LLC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies; there is no fixed schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to end the programme.
  • Reply HELP to any message to get help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 30 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to care@arualcare.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Jurisdiction

Any question about these terms is decided under New York law and in the courts of New York, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms can change. When they do, the new version appears on this page with the date it was revised, and carrying on using the site afterwards is how you accept it. The terms that govern an order are the ones published when you placed it.

11. Runs, batch records and withdrawals

  • Goods are made in runs at the plant named in these terms. Between runs a line goes out of stock; PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC states that rather than substituting a different product.
  • Every unit carries a lot number tied to a batch record covering each station on the floor, including the release testing. The record is read out or emailed on request at no charge.
  • Material that fails a check is quarantined at that station. A finished batch that misses a release limit is destroyed rather than reworked or blended into a passing batch.
  • Retention samples are held for the shelf life of the batch plus one year.
  • If a batch is withdrawn, we contact the customers who received it from the order record, refund in full, and do not require the goods back before refunding.
  • No clause here cuts down the rights your own state gives you. If the two do not match, you take the more favourable.
