  • 30 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
  • A failed check stops the batch. Nothing is reworked into a pass.
  • Texts are optional and are not a condition of any purchase.
  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

What follows is the agreement between you and PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC (EIN 32-0343858), which trades as PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS LLC and operates arualcare.com. It covers who may buy, what is promised, what is not, and which state's law decides any disagreement.

1. Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

2. Who may buy

This website is for adults. You must be 18 or over to order, and 18 or over to consent to messages from us. Using the site is your representation that you are, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Supplement status and limits

Floor Range is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

4. Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS LLC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies; there is no fixed schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to end the programme.
  • Reply HELP to any message to get help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 30 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to care@arualcare.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. To the fullest extent the law permits, PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind connected with this website or the products on it.

8. Jurisdiction

Any question about these terms is decided under New York law and in the courts of New York, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms can change. When they do, the new version appears on this page with the date it was revised, and carrying on using the site afterwards is how you accept it. The terms that govern an order are the ones published when you placed it.

11. Runs, batch records and withdrawals

  • Goods are made in runs at the plant named in these terms. Between runs a line goes out of stock; PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC states that rather than substituting a different product.
  • Every unit carries a lot number tied to a batch record covering each station on the floor, including the release testing. The record is read out or emailed on request at no charge.
  • Material that fails a check is quarantined at that station. A finished batch that misses a release limit is destroyed rather than reworked or blended into a passing batch.
  • Retention samples are held for the shelf life of the batch plus one year.
  • If a batch is withdrawn, we contact the customers who received it from the order record, refund in full, and do not require the goods back before refunding.
  • No clause here cuts down the rights your own state gives you. If the two do not match, you take the more favourable.
