Each bay below gives the input, the output and the check. Material that fails a check does not continue; it is quarantined at that station and dealt with there.
Everything made here is a dietary supplement for adults. None of it is medicine and none of it is offered as a treatment.
One rule above the others
A check is a stop, not a note. Nothing moves to the next bay on the understanding that it will be sorted out later, because later never arrives on a production floor.
Quote any lot number to the desk and we will read you its record from bay one through to bay six.
Nothing enters the warehouse proper on arrival. It sits in quarantine until identity testing clears it, which is the single cheapest place to catch a substituted input and the most expensive place to miss one.
Particle size decides how a blend behaves two stations later. Get it wrong here and the blender will separate, which is a problem that shows up only in the finished bottle.
Uniformity is the figure a contract packer rarely hands over. It is the difference between every capsule carrying the label amount and the first half of the run carrying most of it.
Line clearance is the check that stops the previous product ending up in yours. It is signed by a person, and the signature stays on the batch record.
Labels are counted in and counted out. A discrepancy stops the line, because a stray label is how a product ends up misdescribed.
A batch that misses a limit is destroyed rather than reworked or blended away. Retention samples are held for the shelf life plus a year so a later question can be answered from the material.
Sizes
Larger sizes cost less per day because a longer run costs less per bottle to make. That is the whole of the reason and there is no price held back behind a sign-up.

Ordering and safety
Orders go to +1 (312) 680-3522 or to care@arualcare.com during Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern. Name the line and the size; we confirm the run in stock, its lot and expiry, and the total including carriage, before anything is charged.
The card is charged once and not retained. Confirmation is emailed at once and tracking follows by email when the carrier collects. Not one order message goes out over text.
