The short version

Written out because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. The numbered clauses govern; this panel is shorthand for them.

  • We take what an order needs: name, email, delivery address and payment details, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you ask for run texts.
  • Personal information is not put up for sale. Not to brokers, not to other makers, at any figure.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, and sit outside every other kind of sharing described below.
  • Texts are marketing and reach only people who asked for them. Order paperwork reaches you by email, never by text.
  • You can come off whenever you like by replying STOP or using the removal form.
  • You can buy anything here without ever taking a text.
  • You can ask what is held on you and have it deleted, at care@arualcare.com.
  • We do not knowingly deal with anyone under eighteen.

Personal information given to arualcare.com is handled by PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS, LLC (EIN 32-0343858), which trades as PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS LLC. This policy records what is collected, what it is used for, the limited circumstances in which it is disclosed, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

1. What we collect

Three kinds of information, and no more than each purpose needs:

  • What you tell us: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and a mobile number if you ask for texts.
  • What the visit records: IP address, browser, the pages opened and when, gathered through cookies and similar technology.
  • What the device reports: device identifiers and mobile network information, used to render the site properly.

2. How your mobile number is treated

A mobile number reaches us only when you enter it and tick the box, and that is your consent for PIPING ROCK HEALTH PRODUCTS LLC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to it. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Cookies

Cookies and comparable technologies are used here to keep the site working and to see, in aggregate, how it is used. Your browser settings control them, and blocking them does not stop you from reading anything or placing an order.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (payment, shipping, SMS platform, analytics), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer — always excluding SMS opt-in data as stated above.

6. Access, deletion and the CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request to know what personal information we hold, require its deletion, and opt out of its sale; we do not sell personal data, so the last is already the position. No request will be met with worse service or a worse price. Send it to care@arualcare.com.

7. Keeping it safe

Access is limited to the people who need it and transmission is encrypted. That said, no system carried over the public internet is perfectly secure, and any company claiming otherwise is overstating its case.

8. Age and this policy

We do not market to, sell to, or knowingly gather personal information from anyone below the age of 18. Should any reach us, it is deleted as soon as we learn of it.

9. Keeping this current

We update this page when what we do changes. The date shown at the top tells you when it last did.
