Four ways off, and none of them takes a day
Nobody asks why. Coming off changes nothing about prices, orders, batch records or returns.
- Reply STOP to any message. Quickest, and carriers act on it themselves. Send HELP and the reply carries our name and number.
- Use the form beside this. The number comes off the moment it is submitted.

What runs on exactly as before
- Prices. What you pay has never been linked to the list.
- Orders. Whatever is already in the queue ships on the same footing, emails and all.
- Batch records. Ask and they are read out the same working day, exactly as before.
- Returns. The 30-day window is untouched.
Booking in again
Coming off is not meant to be final. Book the number in again from the front page or the plant desk page and the record restarts with a fresh consent date. We will not do it for you, and an old consent is not treated as still standing.
